Mark your calendars! Our second Gather and Groove community event of the year is happening on Saturday, September 13th, 2025!
Get ready for another fantastic day celebrating local arts, music, and community spirit in partnership with Lordswood Library and Lordswood Dance Centre. We’re busy putting together an incredible programme we can’t wait to share with you.
Full programme below:
Morning Schedule (11:00 AM – 1:00 PM)
The day starts with a variety of outdoor performances at the Kestrel location.
- 11:00 AM – 11:30 AM: KP Projects – Strictly Cycle – Show 1
- 11:30 AM – 12:00 PM: BMX flatland artists – Show 1
- 12:00 PM – 12:30 PM: Casson and Friends – Arcade – Performance 1
- 12:00 PM – 12:30 PM: BMX flatland artists – Open workshop 1 (first come first served. Bicycles and helmets will be provided)
- 12:30 PM – 1:00 PM: A combined performance by Lordswood Dancentre will take place both indoors at the Library and outdoors at Kestrel.
Afternoon Schedule (1:00 PM – 4:00 PM)
The afternoon continues with more shows, primarily at the Kestrel outdoor venue.
- 1:00 PM – 1:30 PM: KP Projects – Strictly Cycle – Show 1 – Show 2
- 1:30 PM – 2:00 PM: Casson and Friends – Arcade – Performance 2
- 2:00 PM – 2:30 PM: BMX flatland artists – Show 2
- 2:30 PM – 3:00 PM: BMX flatland artists – Open workshop 3 (first come first served. Bicycles and helmets will be provided)
- 2:30 PM – 3:00 PM: KP Projects – Strictly Cycle – Show 3
- 3:00 PM – 3:30 PM: The final Arcade performance will be held indoors at the Library
- 3:30 PM – 4:00 PM: The last scheduled performance is BMX Flatland – Show 3.
