Our 2025-26 impact

We’re very pleased to share our impact report from our last year of work across Medway and Swale.

Written by our external evaluator, Marge Ainsley, 2025-26 saw deep-rooted work in Brompton and Luton in Medway, the final year of our youth-led music programme DisQuiet in Gillingham and Sittingbourne, the beginning of our writer-in-residence year with Sittingbourne and Kemsley Light Railway, and much more.

The report tells the story of who we worked with, what difference our projects have made, and what we’ve learned along the way.

This year, alongside the full report, we also worked with James the Scribe to see how we can share our impact in more visual ways. We asked James to put together an overall summary, plus a look at our work in Brompton and Luton, as well as what we heard about the difference taking part made to local people. Take a look below:
