Tamzen brings her performance as Margot Frogtain to the Cathedral Nave for one day only!
Margot is one of ballet’s up-and-coming new stars. Having trained with Prima Ballerina Nansy Buttinair and inspired by Les Ballets Trockadero de Monte Carlo. Margot is now ready to display her excellence live on stage. Handstands, popcorn and a beautiful ballerina, what could possibly go wrong?
A performance of pure poise, where every breath hangs in the balance, Margot Frogtain gives an outstanding performance of clowning, hand balance, and ballet. See her in action here.
Join Tamzen on Saturday 8 August 2026 as part of Art on the Delta at
10.30am
2pm and
3.15pm.
This taster workshop will enable you to learn a few of the basics, and aim to construct a simple human pyramid.
What is acrobatic balancing?
Acrobatic balancing is the art of balancing with other people usually with basses (the people who lift) and flyers (the people who are lifted or who are at the top of a pyramid). This workshop is suitable for all acrobatic abilities, and for those aged 8 and above.
As a performer, Tamzen has worked for The Royal Court Theatre, ENO, Upswing and Cirque Eloize.
