Swale and Island Folk is an Ideas Test funded project run by two separate groups of people, the Aspirations over 50's Group and the Sing Sure Community Choir. Both groups meet at Sheerness East Working Man’s Club on the Isle of Sheppey. In total they number around 60 people, the majority of whom are over 50 and almost all of whom live on the island.  In 2014 both groups worked together to put on a concert. It was part of…
