What’s the opportunity?
This paid role offers a unique chance to experience what goes into producing a large-scale outdoor event. You’ll gain valuable insight into:
- Event planning and coordination
- Engaging with the community and creative teams
- Working with artists, performers, and partners
- Managing logistics for outdoor events
You’ll shadow our Senior Producer at Ideas Test, observe how decisions are made, and get a behind-the-scenes look at the production process, giving you a real sense of what it takes to bring a creative project like this to life.
Who is it for?
We’re looking for someone from the Luton area who is interested in exploring a future in events, cultural programming, or creative projects. This is ideal if you’re starting out, switching careers, or eager to learn more about live event production.
