Arts charity, Ideas Test has both a Board of Trustees and a Consortium to oversee what we do as an organisation.
All our major decisions go through our board and consortium as a way of holding us accountable.
Board of Trustees
Our Board of Trustees is made up from a diverse group of people from across Medway, Swale and North Kent.
They have a wide range of personal and professional experiences and an interest in both arts and culture, community, and the area of Medway and Swale.
Together they;
- Make sure Ideas Test keeps to its charitable mission
- Make sure the company is well managed
- Are legally responsible for what we do.
Consortium
Ideas Test is guided by a Consortium in how we work with communities.
Our Consortium is a group of people, who represent local community, art, health and voluntary organisations from across Medway and Swale.
Together they help us make decisions about supporting our local communities through our events and projects.
Consortium Special Observers
Our Consortium also has special observers that attend the quarterly meetings representing the following councils and organisations:
- Kent County Council
- Swale Borough Council
- Medway Council
- Royal Opera House Bridge
Specialist Advisor
