Ideas Test is made up of a small but dedicated team of specialist staff who are all passionate about art and creativity for all in Medway and Swale.

Tracy Brunt
Director
About Tracy
(She/Her)
After an education first in art history, then practice from the University of Sussex and Central Saint Martin's School of Art & Design, Tracy worked for theatre companies and arts centres in London for 20 years. These included Graeae Theatre Company, Half Moon and the Albany in Deptford. She has seen how creativity and the arts changes lives.
Since moving to Kent, she has worked for local authorities, charities and freelance clients - specialising in arts development, fundraising and outdoor events.
Tracy joined Ideas Test as Deputy Director in 2020.
Tracy works at Ideas Test five days a week.

Bryony Farrant-Davis
Youth Development Manager
About Bryony
(she/her)
As Youth Development Manager, Bryony is working with 14-25 year olds across Medway and Swale to create a Youth Programme by young people, for young people.
Bryony has produced participatory projects across artforms for over a decade, and is passionate about working collaboratively with communities and young people to design projects. Bryony has previously worked for a diverse range of organisations across London & the South East such as Attic Theatre Company, Photoworks, East London Dance, Children & the Arts, The Wellcome Collection, Turner Contemporary, The Barbican, and Fine Cell Work.
Bryony works five days a week (Monday - Friday)

Sarah Davies
Producer
About Sarah
(She/Her)
Sarah has a Masters degree in Drama, a BA (Hons) degree in Drama with English and a PGCE in Post-Compulsory Education. She has previously worked as a Creative Practitioner for the Marlowe Theatre, a Reviewer for Total Theatre and an Associate for New Writing South. She currently also works as a Drama Lecturer, Playwright, and Improviser/Improv Coach, and performs in a variety of shows both Kent and London-based, and internationally
She is the Project Manager of You Me Us Too (2022), Morpheus (2021), Make Change (2020), and Sea Folk Sing (2019-2020).
Sarah works two days a week.

Kyra Cross
Monitoring & Communications Officer
About Kyra
(She/They)
Kyra delivers Ideas Test's day-to-day communications and marketing, and also collates monitoring of our projects, events, and for evaluations.
She has lived in Swale all her life, with family ties to the area going back 5 generations.
Kyra has previously worked in retail sales, carers support, and as a radio producer and presenter.
Outside of Ideas Test, Kyra is a multidisciplinary artist who's exhibited work across the UK.
They work at Ideas Test five days a week.

Erika Collison
Operations Manager
About Erika
(She/Her)
Erika has a degree in librarianship and a PGCE in primary education. She has a cross-sector career history, having worked in public and academic libraries, finance and community development roles in the voluntary sector, and as a primary school teacher.
As Operations Manager, she looks after our financial, HR, health and safety and operational systems.
Outside of Ideas Test, Erika enjoys gardening, walking, theatre, eating out, visiting interesting places and volunteering for Kent Wildlife Trust.
